Dr. José Molinas, Director del Instituto Desarrollo, Paraguay. Dr. José Molinas was in charge of the Minister of the Technical Secretariat for Economic and Social Development Planning (STP) in 2013. Doctor in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
